Funding rounds for Start-ups & Scale-ups

We are interested in high-quality companies and welcome companies from all sectors to apply for funding.

Keep in mind that we only accept around 5% of all company applications. We have a strict quality control and only accept properly managed companies that will be a good investment opportunity to our investor network.

• We create marketing material and a campaign page for your funding round. Sign up as a registered user (it’s free of charge) and have a look at what our campaign pages look like. Your assigned project manager will guide you through the process of which materials are required to set up a successful campaign page on Invesdor's domains.
• We distribute newsletters to our subscribers to market funding rounds. If your funding round is open on all domains, your company is marketed in all email versions (English, German, Finnish and Dutch). Sign up as a subscriber to see what kind of newsletters our subscribers get.
• We post about your funding round on our social media channels. See our social media channels for more information. Keep in mind that we have three social media accounts: Nordics, Benelux and DACH. If your funding round is open on all domains, you get visibility on all of these channels.
• We have partnered with several marketing agencies and media houses. You can get a better deal on your external marketing package through us.

• You have the possibility to open your funding round on all domains to maximize visibility and welcome international capital to your company.
• You get the investor material in four languages. We do the translations in-house and they are included in the SLA.
• We have onsite experts in DACH, Nordics and Benelux.
   

We offer Ownerportal as an additional service after your funding round is over. With Invesdor's Ownersportal you can manage your cap table and keep a simple overview of shareholders. You can also use the Ownersportal to communicate with your investors.

NB STAKs are used in countries where the shares have to be notarised, e.g. the Netherlands and Germany.

Trust office foundations are used are used to pool direct equity investments under one umbrella (in the cap table). Trust office foundations can reduce the costs, effort and legal hurdles of a direct investment for private individuals.

STAKs (Dutch: Stichting Administratiekantoor) are a form of company in the Netherlands that is similar to a traditional special purpose entity. This is a voting trust office foundation without its own taxation. Investors invest in the trust office foundation (STAK), which holds the direct company shares, e.g. shares, in the respective growth company and in return issues tradable depositary receipts to the investors as "shares" in the trust office foundation.
