Mari Lymysalo, Managing Director Invesdor Nordics
"The desire to solve the financing challenges of growth companies eventually attracted the experienced investment expert to lead Invesdor. Young and growing companies, in particular, need complementary funding that can otherwise be difficult to obtain. I have seen innovative start-ups pioneer and challenge more established companies to address challenges such as sustainability and climate change."
Niklas Green, Investment Manager
"Crowdfunding offers a way to invest in growth companies even with limited capital. Previously, only venture capital or private equity companies could invest in growth companies. Otherwise, only investors with a lot of money had access to an investment as angel investors. In my view, crowdfunding offers private investors the only opportunity to invest in growth companies that were previously only accessible to professional investors."
Ellen Hensbergen, Managing Director Invesdor BeNeLux
"Invesdor is now an implemented platform. That means it is especially important to start growing. I very much believe in the balance between entrepreneurs and providing value to investors. Ideally, we do that better than other platforms. In process, customer service, experience, transparency, engagement with entrepreneurs and the platform, I believe I can add a lot, but also to take Invesdor further into Europe."
Jobs FAQ
You can find the answers to the most important questions right here!
In principle it is possible to also work part-time at Invesdor. The arrangement depends on the position and the applicant's initial situation and will be worked out together during the interview.
We don't have a time clock or time tracking system - at Invesdor we work on the basis of trust-based working hours. The most important thing for us is that you fulfil your tasks and get the best out of the day together with us. Of course, the 40 hours per week should be adhered to. Otherwise, you can come and go relatively flexibly. Home office is also an alternative we use, which provides a lot of flexibility in the working day. It always depends on whether home office makes sense for the respective position. You will receive further information on this point during your job interview.
At Invesdor, the dress code is generally business-casual. Depending on the position, you may need to dress a little more formally for a client meeting. On a normal office day, however, you will meet your colleagues in jeans & sweaters. :)
Of course, a nice design is always a plus - then we have much more fun looking through your application. However, we also place a high value to your cover letter and the reasons why Invesdor should become your next employer.
One of our most important cultural values is collaboration. In order to get to know our colleagues better outside of work and to experience great things together, we have a team event once per quarter for which Invesdor provides the budget. This welds us together and also contributes a lot to our cooperation in our daily business. Of course, Christmas parties and summer festivities are not to be missed and take place on a regular basis. :) After all, what could be better than celebrating your successes together?!
All our employees have a standard of 25 vacation days per year.
